Direct Beachfront Top Floor Unit over 1700 square feet with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, Kitchen, Dining Area, Den, and two Balconies. Sleeps up to 5 people. There is High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the Unit. The Unit has 4 TV’s, 3 Ceiling Fans, and Telephones throughout with Free Local Calling.
Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, new 32” Flat Screen TV with DVD player, Dressers and separate closet. Master Bathroom has a Soaking Tub and separate Walk-In Shower, dual sinks, walk-in closet, and separate vanity area.
Guest Bedroom has two Extra LongTwin Size Beds, new 24” Flat Screen TV with DVD player and two separate closets. Guest Bathroom has a Walk-In Shower.
Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a brand new Full Size Clothes Washer and Dryer inside the unit.
Dining room and Living Room Area has contains a new 46” Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray Player and a Wet Bar.
Den has a Full Size pull-out Sofa Bed, Computer area, TV with DVD and VCR, and Breakfast Area.
Beach Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler are available.
Area DescriptionThe condominium complex is beautiful. It has landscaped tropical gardens, two heated pools, two tennis courts, covered parking, and a beautiful white sand beach just steps away. Many restaurants, shopping and theater are within walking distance.
Marco Island is the largest of Southwest Florida's 10,000 Islands and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. It has been described as magical, mystical and alluring or just plain paradise. The island is six miles long and four miles wide and connected to the mainland by two bridges. Naples is just a short 20 minute drive. The attraction to the Island is the spectacular sunsets, white sandy beaches, tropical island ambiance, and a very casual laid back life style.
There is much to explore on Marco and the surrounding Islands. Bird watchers will love to see Ospreys, Bald Eagles, Pelicans, Egrets, and Herons. Fisherman will love the abundant Snook, Snapper, Grouper, etc. Sea turtles, dolphins, and manatees are also abundant and easy to see. So no matter what you are looking for in a sunny vacation spot you will find it here in our little corner of paradise!
You are within walking distance of the Marriott and Hilton hotels. Great restaurants include Island Cafe, Marek’s, Arturos and the Blue Heron. Stilts is a new beachfront restaurant in the Marriott time share (the old Radisson). More casual and fun for the kids are Cocomo’s and The Snook Inn. Red Rooster or Hoots are best for breakfast. You must visit Stan's on a Sunday morning on Goodland.

In Season: (Mid Dec thru Mid April) $2,200 per week or $6,600 per month for up to 5 occupants.
Please add 10% FL tax and a $50 Association Fee. A $500 refundable security deposit is required.
Cleaning fee is included - No extra charge for high speed internet access or for unlimited local calling.
